Cuddly Chic Boutique's return policy will allow a refund to a buyer if the consumer goods we sold:

are or become defective through no fault of the buyer;

are not for the purpose we stated or the purpose the buyer made known to us;

don’t match our description or sample;

have defects that were not obvious or that we did not bring to the buyer's attention.
When a product does not meet the above requirements, the buyer can ask for a in store credit within 30 days. We ask the buyer for proof of purchase. We also ask the buyer to demonstrate that any problem with the goods was not their fault. Be advised that Cuddly Chic Boutique cannot except a return if the package is opened due to sanitary reasons. Please DO NOT return items to us without having contacted us in advance. We will contact you to let you know what to do with the goods that you wish to return to us.
If the buyer prefers, we may arrange for goods to be exchanged or repaired.
We are not required to offer a refund if the buyer simply changes their mind.
